It is our pleasure to present the 2024-2025 Annual Report for the Rotary Club of Upper Blue Mountains Sunrise.

We are pleased to report growth in our female membership, welcoming two new members this year who have brought fresh energy and diversity to our club.

These additions have also contributed to lowering the average age of club membership, a key step in ensuring our long-term vitality. We continue to be a 100% Centurion Club, reflecting our strong commitment to the Rotary Foundation and its mission.

The Strategic Plan developed in the previous year has continued to serve as a vital framework guiding our goals, priorities, and actions. It has provided clarity of purpose and a shared direction for the club's future.

Looking forward to the next Rotary year, our focus will shift more toward service projects rather than formal meetings. We believe this approach better aligns with the interests and availability of our current and future members and will allow for greater community impact.

Our new meeting structure will include:

Two face-to-face meetings per month

One week dedicated to social/vocational activities

One service week, during which our Club Assembly will be conducted via Zoom This has been a year of progress, reflection, and reinvigoration for the Rotary Club of Upper Blue Mountains Sunrise.
